at the end of your working day, you meander through the neighborhood and easily turn into your own driveway. two cars fit perfectly here behind each other and the plug from the charging station is there for the taking. normally you walk here through the storage room behind. we take this first time the front door. in the hall is the beautiful pvc herringbone floor with underfloor heating an eye-catcher. to the right we open the door of the modern toilet with fountain and around the corner we find the updated meter cupboard and the distributor of the floor heating. the staircase (with handy closet) we leave for now and we walk through to the cozy kitchen. what a wonderful place to start the day together or to dine with family and friends. the corner kitchen is equipped with all kinds of appliances and you have a nice view of the backyard. through en-suite doors you come here into the spacious living room with double garden doors at the rear that are soon open with the first rays of sunlight.
behind the kitchen we find the practical utility room where washer and dryer are installed. the extra sink here is very handy and in the opposite wall cupboard we note another fridge-freezer. the spacious storage room is cleverly divided in two with double doors on the driveway side and a garden door at the rear.
upstairs
back in the central hall we take the stairs to the 1st floor where we cross in turn no less than five (sleeping) rooms. the first two are at the front and are equipped with shutters and hr++ glass. the master bedroom with real walk-inn closet is located at the rear. the last two rooms are realized in the roof above the storage room and have a total of five velux skylights.
the bathroom has also been renovated and is fully equipped. this is wonderfully spacious and ideal for starting the day quietly with its spacious walk-in shower and wide sink cabinet with double bowl. the vaillant combi boiler (2022) is conveniently hidden here and provides hot water in no time. next to the bathroom is a separate modern second toilet. very nice is the closet wall on the landing that was custom made here and offers you a lot of extra space. finally, we take the loft ladder to the insulated attic (with headroom) where the inverter of the solar panels can be found.
