upstairs
back in the central hall we take the stairs to the 1st floor where we cross in turn no less than five (sleeping) rooms. the first two are at the front and are equipped with shutters and hr++ glass. the master bedroom with real walk-inn closet is located at the rear. the last two rooms are realized in the roof above the storage room and have a total of five velux skylights.
the bathroom has also been renovated and is fully equipped. this is wonderfully spacious and ideal for starting the day quietly with its spacious walk-in shower and wide sink cabinet with double bowl. the vaillant combi boiler (2022) is conveniently hidden here and provides hot water in no time. next to the bathroom is a separate modern second toilet. very nice is the closet wall on the landing that was custom made here and offers you a lot of extra space. finally, we take the loft ladder to the insulated attic (with headroom) where the inverter of the solar panels can be found.
